ABS plastic pump contron unit is a direct on-line starter and pump controller. It is available for single phase and three phase systems. It can control one or two pumps (depending on the model/options chosen).
This single or twin pump control panel can run in three modes, Boosting, Storage or Sewage.
In Boosting mode, the pump controller works with a pressure boosting system using both pressure transducer,pressure gauge, and pressure switches to monitor and run pumps when a pressure drop is detected.
In Storage mode, the pump controller uses float switches or level probes to monitor the levels in two tanks and therefore functions as a level controller.
In Sewage mode, the pump controller uses float switches or level probes to determine levels inside a tank and pump according to the parameters set by the installer.
